Designing a Mobile-First Member Experience That Still Feels Premium
Mobile UX should not be a squeezed desktop site. Here is how to keep the same value while changing the interface for smaller screens.

Prioritize the Next Action
Mobile screens need fewer competing choices. Put the next best task near the top, collapse secondary context, and make tap targets comfortable for one-handed use.
Use Progressive Detail
Desktop can show comparison tables and dense dashboards. Mobile should reveal the same information in layers: summary first, details second, actions always close by.
Respect Speed
Images, fonts, and motion need stricter budgets on mobile. Serve responsive images, avoid layout shifts, and keep animation subtle enough that the page feels quick.
